Mt. Vernon man killed in crash | News
A one-vehicle accident took the life of a Mt. Vernon man last weekend.
According to the Mt. Vernon Democrat, a Jeep overturned on an icy road in the southwestern part of the county, killing 49-year-old Donald Trafford Jr.
Trafford and two other people were traveling just north of Upper Upton Road when the vehicle apparently slid on ice and overturned.
Another man and a boy traveling with Trafford traveled three miles looking for help.
