New Harmony area girl scouts collect coats | Community Spirit

New Harmony Girl Scout Troop 151 completed a big service project, earning their clothing drive badge over the weekend.

The troop worked all month to collect nearly 200 coats to donate to the Coat-a-Kid program.  The girls decorated boxes and worked with local businesses to collect the clothing.

If you'd like to donate a coat, Don’s Cleaners locations will accept your gently used winter coats. They are always in need of infant or toddler sizes.

Don’s Cleaners  has already distributed 4,500 coats to children in need this year.
